Masters Swim Programs

Why join a Masters Swim Program?
Triathlon coaches recommend swimming three times a week for your training. To get the most out of your time in the water, it's highly recommended that you join a Masters program, as swimming on your own doesn't compare with having a coach on hand to create appropriate workouts and to provide valuable advice that will improve your stroke efficiency and overall performance.
